Every project gets its own page.

Follow one while it is being built, two minutes of Joel at a time, or read how a finished one turned out. Homes on one tab, remodels on the other.

How a project ends up here

From Joel's phone to a page, without writing it by hand

Photos as the job goes

Joel uploads from his phone, drops them into a phase (demo, rough-in, finishes, done) and records a voice note or types a rough line.

Written in our voice

The captions, the phase text, the summary and the FAQ are drafted from that note. Susie reviews and publishes. Nothing goes live unreviewed.

With the homeowner's yes

A project is posted only with the homeowner's permission, and it names the neighborhood, never the address.
