Why we stay small
We build two or three homes a year and take on a few remodels. Not because we cannot do more, but because this is the number where Joel is on your site and Susie is in your selections, and where the people we build for become people we know.
Every project we have done came from a referral. That is the standard we keep: the work has to be good enough that you would send your sister.
