Layout and selections chosen with Susie and priced as they are chosen. A written scope before demo.
The work
Demo, rough-in, finishes. Updates in your project journal, and changes written down and priced before they happen.
Punch list and warranty
Walk-through, the last details, and warranty on materials and workmanship.

Do you take on kitchen-only or bath-only remodels?
Yes. Kitchens, primary baths, additions and full-home transformations, designed with you and built by our own crews.
How long does a kitchen take?
Most kitchens run six to ten weeks once selections are in. The written scope before demo carries the schedule, and the project journal shows where we are.
Can we live at home during the work?
Usually, for a kitchen or a bath. For a whole-home remodel we plan the phases with you, and Susie can help with a short-term move if it comes to that.
Where do you work?
McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Lucas, Fairview and The Colony, with select projects across Collin County.
