About this project
The kitchen runs white cabinetry to the ceiling, with lit glass-front uppers and brass pulls, around a wood island with a waterfall top and a farmhouse sink. A wood range hood sits over a professional-style range with a pot filler, against a slab backsplash. The breakfast nook sits under a woven pendant, lined with black-framed windows.
In the living room, a stone fireplace with a wood mantel sits beside charcoal built-in shelves, with black-framed sliding doors to the backyard. The stair has wood treads and black metal balusters. The powder room pairs a wood vanity with a dark stone top and a brass wall-mount faucet, and the laundry has gray cabinets to the ceiling over a herringbone tile floor.
The primary bath wraps the freestanding tub and the glass shower in fluted wood-look tile, with matte black fixtures and a glass globe chandelier. Its double vanity has a seated makeup space between the sinks, under three arched mirrors. A second bath pairs a wood vanity and a brass arched mirror with a glass shower in dark green tile, a third has a gray vanity under an arched black mirror, and the media room is painted charcoal, walls and ceiling.
