Who referred you?

I would like help from Lauren Kreiling, our in-house interior designer.

Projects this size are usually a better fit for our partner, Audie Builds in Plano. You can still send this to us and we will take a look, or tick the box and we will introduce you.

Good questions

Before you reach out

Do I need a lot before we talk?

No. About half of our custom-home conversations start without one. Susie helps evaluate or find the lot with the builder in the room.

How is a budget set before plans exist?

We start from a budget range and the way you live, then size the plans to it. Selections are priced as they are chosen, so the number does not drift.

Do you take on kitchen-only or bath-only remodels?

Kitchens, yes. Primary baths, when they are part of a larger remodel. For a single bathroom or a smaller project, usually under $50,000, we refer you to Audie Builds, a Plano contractor who does that work every week. Send us the details and we will make the introduction. Audie is family to us, and Audie Builds is an independent company.

Where do you work?

McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Lucas, Fairview and The Colony, with select projects across Collin County.
